🚚 Shipping Policy – RoyalStar

At RoyalStar, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible while maintaining transparency and fairness.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and shipped on the same day.
  • In some cases, order processing may take up to 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚛 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and courier partner.
  • Estimated delivery is generally 2–7 business days from dispatch.
  • We always try our best to deliver the shipment within 72 hours of dispatch wherever possible.

☎️ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are shipped only after successful phone verification.
  • If verification fails or the customer is unreachable, the order may be cancelled automatically.

⏳ Delivery Delays & Refund Policy

If your order is delayed due to any reason and you request a refund:

  • A refund will be processed only if the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) is exceeded.
  • We will make every effort to deliver the shipment within 72 hours.
  • If delivery fails, a refund will be initiated only after the courier marks the shipment as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • Refunds are processed after the product is returned to us by the courier partner.
  • COD refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

🚫 Delivery Refusal by Customer

  • If the courier attempts delivery and the customer refuses to accept the order:
  • The customer will be liable to pay a courier charge of ₹125 or the actual shipping cost, whichever is higher.
  • This amount will be deducted from the refund (for prepaid orders) or must be paid before any future orders are processed.

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to most locations across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on courier serviceability.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Shipment tracking details are shared via SMS or email once the order is dispatched.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • RoyalStar will always assist customers in tracking shipments but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
